NR999 Terms and Conditions – Platform Rules and Policies

1Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and NR999 ("the Platform", "we", "us"). They apply to all use of the NR999 website, mobile application and any related services.

Access to and use of NR999 is conditional on your acceptance of these Terms. By completing registration, logging in or placing a wager, you are confirming that you have read these Terms in full and agree to comply with them. If you are accessing NR999 on behalf of another person, you are confirming that you have the authority to bind that person to these Terms — though note that account sharing itself is prohibited under Section 2.

NR999 may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically. Material changes will be communicated via account notification or email where possible.

2Account Registration

To use NR999's gaming and betting services you must register a player account. The following rules apply to all accounts on the platform:

• You may only hold one account on NR999. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names — is strictly prohibited.

4Deposits & Payments

All deposits on NR999 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports the following deposit methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, standard bank transfer, debit and credit cards, and other mobile wallets as listed in the cashier section.

• The minimum deposit amount is PKR 200 unless otherwise stated for a specific promotion.
• Deposits are credited to your account balance in PKR with no currency conversion applied.
• NR999 does not charge a platform fee on standard deposits. Your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges — check with them directly.
• Deposits must come from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and may result in account suspension.
• NR999 reserves the right to request proof of deposit in cases where a transaction cannot be verified through normal processing channels.
• Deposited funds are for gaming purposes only. NR999 does not provide a banking service and is not responsible for funds beyond the platform's direct control.

5Withdrawals

Withdrawals are paid out in PKR to the payment method on record for your account. The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:

• The minimum withdrawal is PKR 500. There is no upper limit for standard accounts, though large withdrawals may be processed in tranches.
• Your account must have completed identity verification before your first withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals are processed within standard business hours. Most requests are reviewed and approved within a few hours. VIP Gold tier and above receive priority processing.
• NR999 reserves the right to delay or hold a withdrawal pending additional verification if there is any suspicion of rule violations, fraudulent activity or ongoing investigation.
• Bonus funds that have not completed their wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn. Only real-money balances that have met all applicable conditions are eligible.
• In cases where a deposit was made in error or a game malfunction occurred, NR999 may reverse a withdrawal and investigate before releasing funds.

6Bonuses & Promotions

NR999 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. Every promotion is subject to its own specific terms, which are displayed clearly on the promotion page before you opt in. The general rules below apply to all bonuses unless otherwise stated:

• Bonuses are credited in PKR to your bonus balance and are subject to wagering requirements before any portion can be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements specify how many times the bonus amount must be staked before it converts to withdrawable funds. This figure is stated on each promotion.
• Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Fish games, slots and live casino games may carry different contribution percentages — these are listed per promotion.
• Bonuses have a validity period. Any bonus balance or associated winnings not used within the stated period will be forfeited automatically.
• Each promotion is limited to one claim per player, household or IP address unless explicitly stated otherwise.

• Any attempt to exploit bonuses — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim welcome offers, using low-risk betting strategies to clear wagering requirements, or coordinated bonus abuse — will result in forfeiture and may lead to permanent account closure.

7VIP Programme

The NR999 VIP programme rewards regular players with weekly PKR cashback, higher withdrawal limits, priority support and other exclusive benefits across six tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamond and Elite. • VIP tier is calculated based on total wagering in PKR over the relevant period. Tier requirements and reward rates are subject to change with reasonable notice.
• Cashback is calculated on net losses only and is credited weekly with no wagering requirement attached, unless a specific promotion states otherwise.
• VIP status is tied to the registered account holder. It cannot be transferred, sold or shared.
• NR999 reserves the right to demote, suspend or remove VIP status from any player found to be in breach of these Terms.
• VIP benefits are a privilege, not a contractual entitlement. NR999 may adjust or restructure the programme at any time with notice provided to active VIP members.

8Prohibited Conduct

The following behaviour is strictly prohibited on NR999. Violations may result in account suspension, permanent ban and forfeiture of all balances:

• Creating or operating more than one account on the platform.
• Providing false, misleading or incomplete registration information.
• Using automated bots, scripts or software to interact with the platform in any way.
• Colluding with other players during live casino or poker games.
• Exploiting technical errors, game malfunctions or platform bugs for financial gain. Any winnings derived from a known or suspected error are void.
• Laundering money or using NR999 for any purpose related to financial crime.
• Harassing, threatening or abusing NR999 staff or other players in any communication channel.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy or interfere with the platform's code, systems or infrastructure.

9Responsible Gaming

NR999 is committed to providing an entertaining gaming environment that stays within healthy limits for all players. The platform provides a set of tools built into every account to help players manage their activity:

• Deposit Limits — Set daily, weekly or monthly PKR deposit caps from your account settings. Limits take effect immediately when reduced.
• Session Reminders — Configure alerts that notify you after a set time has been spent on the platform in a single session.
• Cooling-Off Periods — Take a temporary break from the platform for 24 hours, 7 days or 30 days. During this time you cannot log in or make deposits.
• Self-Exclusion — Request a longer-term exclusion from the platform. This can be set for 3 months, 6 months, 1 year or indefinitely.

10Account Suspension & Closure

NR999 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision within these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe when requested.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering or use of stolen payment methods.
• A self-exclusion request submitted by the account holder.
• Identification of the account holder as being under 18 years of age.

Where an account is closed due to a verified breach of these Terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited. In cases where closure is at the platform's discretion and no rule breach has occurred, the remaining real-money balance (excluding active bonuses) will be refunded via the original payment method.

Players who wish to close their account voluntarily may do so by contacting live chat support. Voluntary closure requests are processed within 24 hours.

11Intellectual Property

All content on the NR999 platform — including but not limited to the website design, graphics, logos, game interfaces, text, software and brand assets — is the intellectual property of NR999 or its content providers. You are granted a limited, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

• You may not copy, reproduce, redistribute or create derivative works from any NR999 content without prior written permission.
• Game content is provided by third-party developers under licence. Any misuse of game software is a violation of those licences as well as these Terms.
• The NR999 name, logo and associated marks may not be used without express written consent from the platform.

12Limitation of Liability

NR999 provides its platform on an "as is" basis. While the platform works to maintain uptime and accurate game outcomes, it cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation at all times.

• NR999 is not liable for losses arising from technical faults, server downtime, connectivity issues or force majeure events beyond the platform's reasonable control.
• Any winnings derived from a confirmed game malfunction or technical error are void regardless of whether funds have been credited to the account balance.
• NR999 is not responsible for any financial decisions made by players based on information displayed on the platform.
• The platform's liability to any player shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the relevant event.

13Privacy & Data

14Changes to These Terms
